Delete Visit from Complex Rotation
When you select a vessel visit and click on the Delete Vessel Visit from Complex Rotation option N4 removes the vessel visit from the current complex rotation and also from the Vessel Visit view.
Prerequisites
Multi Facility Carrier Operations Option
When you delete a vessel visit from the complex rotation,
If the vessel visit has units on board (the vessel visit to be deleted is the Inbound actual visit and declared visit of those containers), N4 updates the units based on the value of the setting ARGOVESSEL_INVENTORY_VISIBILITY_PORTWIDE001 (MULTI_FACILITY_VESSEL_VISIBILITY).
If the vessel visit has associated units in the yard, truck, or train (the vessel visit to be deleted is the Outbound Actual and Declared Visit of those containers), N4 updates the Outbound Actual Visit and Declared Visit to a generic carrier (for example, GEN_VESSEL).
If the vessel visit has associated units with plans in XPS (load, discharge, or shift-on-board) when you delete the vessel visit from the complex rotation, N4 reverts the position of the units to the previous position.
When a vessel visit is part of a complex rotation, you cannot select it from the Vessel Visit view and use the Right Click Delete to delete that vessel visit unlike other vessel visits that do not belong to the complex rotation.
You cannot delete a vessel from the complex rotation if the visit phase is Arrived, Working, Complete, Departed, Closed, or Archived.
When you delete a vessel visit from the complex rotation, the previous visit's Next Facility is updated to the deleted visit' s next visit.
Click on the Retain Vessel Vessel in N4? check box to retain the vessel visit and only delete the visit from the Complex Rotation.
